I needed an independent CA to sign off on one of my statements in a very short timeline, so I emailed Candice Tuesday evening and explained the situation. It was a very basic file, and she took the time to understand exactly what was needed so it would be right the first time. To my surprise, she had statements ready for me the next morning that were correct and the invoice was less than I expected due to the extremely short timeframe. I wasn't 'just another file', and she genuinely tried to fix a problem neither myself nor my client asked to be in.
